  Had the worst experience ever! Ordered and paid for worktops etc, first delay due to someome being on hoilday, second delay was on the day (half an hour before workmen due) for fitting, when I phoned shop to double check time only to be told they hadn't got my stuff in stock. Third delay, when the fitter did actually come out, he only cut and fitted one worktop because the other was damaged and I had to wait a week for a replacement. When worktops and new sink were finally fitted, the sink then leaked several times and I had to call the fitter out twice, third time I called a real plumber! We were advised to buy upstands to cover 1.5cm gap near back of sink and when purchasing i discussed with lady in shop exactly the size I wanted the stands to be cut down to. I called the shop to arrange a time to come measure and fit stands, i was told the fitter would call me back. I waited 2 days then called again and arrange for the fitted to come that day at lunch to measure, he told me he forgotten to call previously because he was too busy...!!! I then had to call the shop straight back to rearrange for later time that day which the lady told me was no problem and he would come after 4.30pm. I waited until 5.30pm and he never showed. I complained to a another man the following day and the fitter came out that morning and spoke to my husband....he actually lied to my husband. He told him I had phoned the shop and completely cancelled the appointment! So that is why he never came out! While I was at work the fitter came and fitted the stands, I came home to discover the upstands were infact 10cm wide (I had asked for them to be cut down to just cover the gap as we have tiles on the wall and it would look silly) all the way round the worktops, they weren't sealed with silicone and the edges of the upstands left bear which he told my husband we had to paint, he also told my husband the glue had gone off and we'd have to wait a few more days for it to be finished! The following morning the upstands actually fell off/came away from the tiles. I'd had enough by this time, so I phoned and left a voicemail telling them not to come back. I would get someone else to sort the mess out. I can't recall everything but we experiencd alot of other issues too such as with fitting the bottle rack and kickboard and damage to my own property (cupboard and patio box where he'd scraped worktop against cupboard and the box looks like he used it to lean and do work on) From experience i wouldn't use them again.
