Absolutely appalling customer service, very rude once they realise we won't be pressured into buying an extremely overpriced product. If their very nice approach when starting a conversation fools you into trusting them to supply you, go to any wholesalers website or any online retailer and look at the prices and you will then realise how expensive they are. You will then realise how horribly rude they are once they either say something nasty to you or just hang up before you finish speaking
